That\u2019s the only rule. Even if you\u2019re only watching, you\u2019re still allowed to be hit so maybe observe from affair. Not only do people chuck the fire at each other, they even engage in hand to hand combat. It\u2019s chaos. Utter chaos as you can see below.<\/p>\n

As of 2016, \u2018few serious injuries have been reported\u2019, although what denotes serious is never explained.
