Younger brother Phil Sargent is our Head barman and has worked in top members clubs and bars all over London. With over ten years bar and event management experience, Phil knows what to look for in staff and has worked with all our staff personally. His cocktail and drinks knowledge is excellent and he is very happy to spend time with you designing the perfect cocktail menu for your event. ‘Spiritual Guidance’ is a key part of the Bartenders Inc service.
 

Phil leads by example and is busy most nights mixing delicious cocktails for our clients and their guests.

Phil’s relevant professional qualifications include: International Bartender, qualified from the Shaker Bar School, Personal Alcohol Licence Holder, Winner of Best Bar Team category at the CLASS Awards, Member of the Union of International Professional Bartenders.
 

Tom Sargent is responsible for the background running of the business and brings 15 years of marketing and business experience.

 

Our service works by us deciding together what you’d like to serve, building a cocktail menu and then we’ll send you a detailed shopping list. We can do the shopping for you for a small fee but often find that clients would rather do it themselves so they can take advantage of offers at the supermarket and also buy the brands they prefer. Our professional bartender(s) turns up on the night with everything they need to make amazing cocktails.

When you request a free quote from us you can be sure that it will simply spell out what’s included and our quote is what you’ll pay – no hidden extras. We are a limited company and are covered by public liability insurance.


Bartenders Inc can deliver and install a fantastic mobile bar for your event. Our bar system allows us to build a bar from 1.2 metres up to 30 metres long and we use a high quality bar system – ours is made of aluminium, and has been designed and built by specialists. We can install shorter lengths in under half an hour and it’s modular, allowing us to bring it into your venue with minimal disruption. It incorporates a LED lighting system and was used extensively in the VIP areas for the London Olympics. Just ask us to add a quote for it when you contact us.
