She has performed at a large variety of events across the world; from her hometown of London, to the mud of Glastonbury Festival, to the sun and beaches of the Seychelles, to the crazy traffic of Vietnam.  


As well as over the past ten years many high profile events then she has also appeared across the media - on the television and in published photoshoots (eg.Harrods Magazine).  She was also a part of the original cast, and lead contortionist, in Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical Love Never Dies in London's West End.


As well as her physical talents she is known for her long legs, amazing physique, and her dedication and passion towards each performance that she does.


Sally trains almost every day so that she is always on peak form.  Her body is important to her and she eats well and works hard to keep it in shape and healthy so that she can look at her best, train to her best, and perform to her best each day.  


Sally is a dedicated yogini and practices yoga every day.  She is the 2014 and 2015 UK Yoga Asana Champion and European bronze medallist.
   

Sally also teaches, and holds several British Gymnastics coaching qualifications.  She teaches both children and adults and loves to teach people to handstand and to stretch and increase their flexibility safely and effectively.

Sally has solo and duo acts suitable for most events, launches, parties, and entertainment.  From her set solo and duo choreographed pieces which have been developed to specific music, to her ambient performances which show her extreme skills, her performances add to every event she performs at.  She can also create an act especially for your event as part of her bespoke performance package.
